Art is lovely hobby and subject that is often not stimulated as much as it could be as children or as adults. As an artist I am keen to encourage artistic talent and help people at whatever level from beginner to ‘A’ level or college student or another budding artist who wants to learn new techniques and improve. In life we are always learning and I am prepared to learn new things all the time. Sometimes we teach each other, about work we have done, tools that have been helpful and effective, we often learn by experimenting and from our mistakes. I am a firm believer in experimenting to develop new skills. If you are keen to develop and learn to express your creative talents then do get in touch and arrange a lesson or series of lessons. Classes are typically 2 hours in duration giving time to concentrate on your chosen theme or the exercise we might do together. Children from age 5 with parents or grandparents are welcome to come during the day or join an evening class if aged 7 and above.

Some of my students who are keen to work at their artwork and find they develop concentration skills, self confidence as well as being blessed by being in a relaxed Art Studio. You can attend as an individual or as a family or group, it is best to let me know if you are coming along so I can be prepared. Groups can be accommodated, these can be art groups, ladies or men’s groups, children’s clubs, Church groups.

The Art Studio is open from 11am to 9pm, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, open Wednesday from 11-4:30pm for all things to do with art education, anything to do with learning or developing your art expression in drawing and painting. The fee is £10 for 2 hours, materials are supplied and drinks.
Chess and art are available Monday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm

Remote art lessons for children are on Tuesdays, remote lessons for adults are on Thursdays. Email Kevin if interested in joining. Remote lessons are £5
